For the month of June all our food specials are based around our new free-range duck legs supplied by Asvelis/Naturally Vietnam. Besides strict compliance with Vietnamese food safety regulations, they also adhere to accepted international food safety guidelines for both chemical hazards (such as antibiotics & hormones which may have a long-term impact on health) and biological hazards (notably the prevention of bacterial contamination).

With its distinctive flavour and tender meat, duck is a fantastic bird to cook with. Duck meat is actually fairly lean and tastes great when mixed with a summer fruit sauce.
